Good schools need good friends.
We connect schools with people who want to help. Together, we can make a difference.
Three simple ways to help
Get people together
Find a school, then start a group with friends, classmates or colleagues to help that school.
Find a school →Offer your time
Find a school, then offer a few hours to teach, mentor or support it — online or in person.
Find a school →Offer a skill or a thing
Find a school, then share what you know, send materials, or connect it with someone who can help.
Find a school →When I Grow Up
Ask a child what they want to be. Then find someone who does it.
Children across Maharashtra write down what they want to be. People who already do that job answer them — one video, or a few written words, for every child who shares that dream.

Two ways to help build this
Maharashtra is searchable because volunteers sat down and did the work. The rest of the country is waiting on the same thing, and both jobs below are things you can start in the next minute.
Two minutes · on your phone
Read a few squiggles
Type out the wobbly letters you see. Each one you get right opens up another block of schools. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
There is a leaderboard, if that helps.
One evening · then it runs itself
Lend a laptop for a night
Take a batch of districts, double-click one file, and leave the laptop on overnight. In the morning it hands you a single file to send back.
Batches are waiting.
This is early, and it is being built in the open by a handful of people. If something looks broken or wrong, tell us — that's genuinely useful.
